Longqing Power hazardous chemical trucks delivered to Fujian market

On October 12, 2024, the Fujian region ushered in an important moment - 10 TL86 hazardous chemical trucks were successfully delivered to customers. Among these vehicles, 5 DDi11+DA12 combinations were delivered to DL Logistics Company, and the other 5 DDi11+DT14 were delivered to SET Logistics Company. It is worth mentioning that the Longqing DDi11+DA12 golden power chain achieved a breakthrough introduction in the Fujian region in this delivery.

It is reported that DL Logistics Company and SET Logistics Company have been loyal partners of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle for more than 20 years. They have always maintained a high degree of recognition and firm trust in Longqing Power's National Five series products. The newly purchased vehicles are mainly used for the transportation of hazardous chemicals and oil on highways in Fujian's surrounding provinces and cities and Guangdong, with some transportation distances of 750 kilometers. In order to accurately match the actual operational needs of the two companies, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle recommended models equipped with automatic transmission DA12 and manual transmission DT14 to the two companies to ensure that the two companies can complete each transportation task efficiently and safely.
On the day of delivery, Longqing technical expert Hu Libo flew to the site to provide one-on-one professional training for more than 30 drivers. The training content focused on driving skills, product operation and function key application, among which the pre-selection and half-gear functions of Longqing gearbox attracted much attention from drivers. The pre-selection function realizes one-button upshift, simplifies operation and improves driving convenience; while the half-gear function optimizes economic performance and can effectively reduce clutch loss.

At the scene, the drivers were divided into three groups, and Hu Libo guided them one by one. For the new DA12, he explained the function keys, economic driving strategies and emergency response measures in detail, and demonstrated the operation of the manual transmission for drivers who were not familiar with it, from gear shifting to gear shifting, with detailed explanations.
It is understood that Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles innovatively integrated the manual transmission operation video into the instrument panel. Drivers only need to scan the driving skills QR code to watch and learn at any time, which significantly improves learning efficiency and convenience.
"This training is very thorough, and the drivers understand it very well. There is no reason not to buy Longqing!" said the CEOs of the two companies. If the use effect of this batch of vehicles is good, they plan to order another 20 units before the end of the year.
