The EU is actively promoting the transition to clean energy and a circular economy, and has clearly proposed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030, and the transition to new energy vehicles is a top priority. In recent years, the penetration rate of pure electric vehicles in the EU has grown rapidly, with the proportion of new car registrations rising rapidly from less than 1% in 2018 to 14.6% in 2023. With the expansion of new energy penetration accompanied by broad demand, Europe is becoming one of the important target markets for Chinese automakers to go overseas.
As a pioneer in China's new energy commercial vehicle industry, Yuancheng has ranked first in the Chinese market for three consecutive years. Next, it will focus on overseas markets, especially the European market, and overseas will become Yuancheng's second growth curve. In the future, Yuancheng and Duvenbeck will carry out business cooperation in Europe. Duvenbeck will order a large number of Yuancheng Xinghan H electric heavy trucks from Yuancheng, and will first deliver 50 vehicles next year. This move will speed up Yuancheng's further development of the European market. Yuancheng Xinghan H is the technological mother of Yuancheng new energy commercial vehicles. It was born in China and serves the world. Based on Yuancheng's two core technical routes of "alcohol hydrogen + electric", Yuancheng Xinghan H leads the evolution of efficiency and reconstruction of user experience, and is committed to providing scenario-based solutions for the new energy transformation of European commercial vehicles and the development of green zero-carbon land transportation.
This cooperation is not only the first big order of Yuancheng electric heavy trucks in the European market, but also means that Yuancheng Xinghan H will enter the European market. It is worth mentioning that Yuancheng Super VAN, the world's first forward-developed electric large VAN, will be officially launched in Europe in the fourth quarter of this year. Based on the concept of "original confidence" and the needs of overseas markets, Yuancheng's rich product portfolio and technical routes not only enhance its global competitiveness and influence, but also mark Yuancheng's creation of a new benchmark for the high-quality overseas expansion of "products + technology" for Chinese auto companies, helping Chinese auto brands go global.
Yuancheng New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group is China's first commercial vehicle group focusing on the new energy field. It has established China's largest new energy commercial vehicle research institute and is also the world's first new energy commercial vehicle brand to achieve a milestone of 300,000 vehicles. At present, Yuancheng has formed a full range of new energy product matrix for heavy trucks, light trucks, small and micro trucks, LCVs, and buses, and many of its products have been exported to Asia Pacific, the Middle East, South America and other countries.
Duvenbeck is a leading European inland transportation and logistics solution provider. Founded in 1932, the company has rich industry experience and extensive market resources. It can not only provide a full range of intelligent logistics services such as inland transportation, contract logistics and supply chain optimization, but also provide support to automotive, industrial and agricultural customers through its own trucks. The cooperation between the two parties will provide strong support for Yuancheng's electric heavy trucks to go overseas. Through resource integration, Yuancheng will further promote the application of new energy commercial vehicles in overseas logistics scenarios and create a new green business model that combines business flow and logistics.
