Weishi Energy Assists Automobile Demonstration Application in Northeast China

Recently, the first batch of three Long March hydrogen-powered car transporters equipped by Weishi Energy were officially put into operation in Shenyang, mainly serving Huatong Automobile Logistics Co., Ltd., responsible for the urban short-haul transportation of BMW commercial vehicles.

This is the first hydrogen-powered car transporter application demonstration scene created by Weishi Energy and its industry chain partners in Northeast China. It is also the second hydrogen-powered car transporter scene created after Ant Logistics, marking that Weishi Energy's hydrogen energy map is further expanding.

Landed in Shenyang to create a benchmark for "zero-carbon transportation capacity" in automobile logistics

This batch of hydrogen-powered car transporters is a mid-axle hydrogen-powered car transporter truck jointly built by Weishi Energy and Changzheng Automobile based on the latest regulations and market demand for car transporters in my country. The vehicle size is 12 meters long, 2.55 meters wide, and 3.99 meters high. It is equipped with a 110kW fuel cell engine independently developed by Weishi Energy and a 30kg/320L×4 on-board hydrogen storage system. It uses a self-developed high-efficiency fuel cell system and an advanced vehicle electronic control system, and is equipped with a high-efficiency drive motor and energy recovery system, which reduces the energy consumption of the vehicle by 10%, and has the advantages of low noise, zero carbon emissions, low hydrogen consumption, and intelligence.

At the same time, the innovative use of lightweight chassis design and side-mounted, single-side two-cylinder integrated hydrogen storage distribution design effectively reduces the blind spot of vision, improves the flexibility and road passability of the vehicle, and enables the vehicle to easily adapt to different operating conditions and comprehensive road conditions. The vehicle has a maximum cruising range of 350 kilometers, has good transportation efficiency and large load capacity, and can meet the industry's comprehensive service needs for large loading capacity, high operating efficiency, high safety, and no traffic restrictions.

After commissioning, Huatong Automobile Logistics Co., Ltd. will be responsible for vehicle operations, traveling back and forth between Shenyang Huatong PDA-BMW Dadong Factory and Huatong PDA-Tiexi Logistics Park sections, mainly used in BMW commercial vehicle (sedans, SUV) transportation scenarios, with a round-trip mileage of 20 km -140 km, covering various road conditions such as urban areas, outer ring roads/national highways, and highways.

Previously, Weishi Energy and Great Wall Ant Logistics, relying on Baoding's location advantages and industrial resource base, based on Great Wall Motors' commercial vehicle transportation business needs, put into operation 16 hydrogen-powered car transporters on the Baoding-Tianjin Expressway section. This is the first high-speed demonstration scene of hydrogen-powered car transporters that has truly "run" in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At present, the cumulative mileage has exceeded 600,000 kilometers. This actual operation data verifies the operational efficiency, reliability and economic feasibility of hydrogen-powered vehicles in automobile logistics and transportation.

This time, Weishi Energy and Huatong Logistics jointly promoted the demonstration application scene of hydrogen-powered car transporters in Shenyang, which not only demonstrated the active exploration of both parties in the field of hydrogen-powered vehicles and logistics and transportation, but also laid a good foundation for the subsequent in-depth cooperation between the two parties, and provided a strategic fulcrum for Weishi Energy to further develop the Northeast market.
