The training was divided into three stages: pre-operation inspections, key operational considerations during use, and post-operation maintenance. It covered the entire workflow—from vehicle start-up, driving, and charging to routine maintenance. Combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, the program helped the local team gain proficiency in efficiently operating these advanced sanitation vehicles.

In addition to the training, the FULONGMA International business department’s after-sales technical team conducted a thorough inspection of the client’s existing vehicles, resolving operational issues encountered during their use. These timely interventions ensured that the vehicles remained in peak working condition, further strengthening the FULONGMA brand’s reputation and improving customer satisfaction in the region.

To better understand local market needs, the FULONGMA team, alongside the client, conducted an in-depth study of the sanitation market in the Caribbean nation.
