XCMG Drainage Equipment Handles the 4-meter Narrow Alley!

Recently, due to the continuous heavy rainfall, the city of Bazhou City, Langfang, Hebei Province has been severely flooded. After hearing about the "flood", XCMG's parent-child drainage rescue vehicle PS30F4 rushed to assist in drainage and rescue overnight!

It is reported that the rescue site is located near Xingnan Road, Bazhou City, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The area is low-lying and located inside the village. The alleys are narrow and intricate, with an average width of less than 4 meters and a north-south span of hundreds of meters. The depth of water on the road exceeds 50 centimeters, and ordinary drainage vehicles cannot enter at all.

On the first day, after the vehicles arrived at the scene, XCMG rescuers immediately formulated a drainage plan based on the on-site environment. Due to the narrow site, it was inconvenient for large rescue vehicles to turn around, so the rescuers finally decided to give full play to the advantages of the "mother-child drainage vehicle" sub-vehicle exploration operation and the small radius turning of the crawler chassis, parked the mother vehicle at the intersection, and remotely controlled the sub-vehicle with a 120-meter water hose "through the streets and alleys and flexibly moved" to continuously drain the accumulated water into the sewer.

After 6 hours of continuous operation, PS30F4 drained more than 14,000 cubic meters of water. Due to the increasing rain, the rescue on the first day was forced to stop.

The next morning, after a night of heavy rain, the water level in the area did not decrease but increased. The water level rose to 70 cm. The water depth had already submerged the rescuers' calves. The streets that had just bottomed out turned into "rivers" again, bringing new challenges to drainage and rescue work.

The waterproof level of each component of XCMG drainage products reaches IP68, the control box is fully sealed, and the sub-vehicle of PS30F4 is equipped with a 30cm crawler chassis, which can achieve 24h full immersion operation. Facing the 70cm water depth, it can be easily "controlled", giving local residents a full sense of security.

Afterwards, the rescuers moved the vehicles to the deepest flooded area, and the water hose increased to 180 meters, with a flow rate of 2,500 cubic meters per hour. After nearly 10 hours of continuous operation, the surface water on the road dropped by more than 50 centimeters, and the drainage volume exceeded 20,000 cubic meters. The hard-core strength of XCMG's drainage equipment has won unanimous praise from local residents.
