Fast Won the First Prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Award

On July 26, 2024, the Provincial Science and Technology Conference and the "Three Reforms" Promotion Meeting for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements were held in Xi'an. The meeting commended and rewarded the winners of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023, and made arrangements for the province's scientific and technological work and the "three reforms" for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The projects "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Data-Driven Transmission Digital Twin Smart Factory" and "Key Technologies and Applications for High-Strength and Long-Life Gears in Heavy-Duty Truck Transmissions" in which Fast participated won the first and third prizes of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award respectively.

The project "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Data-Driven Digital Twin Smart Factory of Transmissions" created a new model of digital twin smart factory for commercial vehicle transmissions, led the breakthrough and development of high-performance transmission intelligent manufacturing technology, and formed products and solutions to achieve large-scale industrial application in the industry. The project results promote the high-quality coordinated development of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, drive the industry's technological upgrading, and improve the level of intelligent manufacturing in my country's discrete manufacturing industry.

The project "Key Technologies and Applications of High-Strength and Long-Life Gears for Heavy-Duty Truck Transmissions" has been investing in research and development for more than ten years to break through the technical bottleneck of high-strength and long-life gears for transmissions, and has mastered key core technologies such as transmission load spectrum, high-performance manufacturing of gears, and S-N basic database. Relying on the transmission developed by the high-strength and long-life gears of this project, it breaks the foreign monopoly, promotes the scientific and technological progress of my country's gear industry, and helps the high-quality development of the heavy-duty truck industry chain in Shaanxi Province.
