From August 1, 2024, four national standards for mine ecological restoration will be officially implemented. These are the first national standards specifically proposed for how to "mine and restore" in production mines. The implementation of these standards will further accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation and development of the mining industry. Methanol, a globally recognized clean and renewable energy, has become an important choice in the new energy field with its high combustion efficiency, clean emissions, and renewable characteristics. As China's first commercial vehicle group focusing on the new energy field, Yuancheng New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group has successfully created an alcohol-hydrogen-electric power chain based on the two major technical paths of "alcohol-hydrogen + electric", and has achieved in-depth application on the road and non-road sides. Using green methanol as energy, through the efficient and original alcohol-electric conversion system, online power replenishment is achieved, further reducing energy consumption and improving operational efficiency.

Yuancheng's alcohol-hydrogen range extender series covers a wide power range of 60 to 400kW, perfectly adapting to Yuancheng's full range of commercial vehicles and various non-road application needs such as marine engines, generator sets, and non-road mining trucks, demonstrating its strong cross-field application capabilities.
For specific non-road scenarios such as marine engines, generator sets, and non-road mining trucks, Yuancheng has launched a 170/260/400kW alcohol-hydrogen-electric power chain solution. The core engine of the power train adopts advanced lean-burn technology, which effectively reduces the engine heat load and improves the alcohol consumption efficiency, achieving an alcohol consumption optimization of up to 5%, and significantly reducing the exhaust temperature by about 100°C, significantly improving the environmental performance. In addition, by eliminating the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) and gasoline system, not only the system structure is simplified, but also the overall reliability and durability are greatly improved, ensuring that the equipment can operate stably for a long time under harsh working conditions and improve operating efficiency.

In typical off-road application environments such as mines, the advantages of the Yuancheng alcohol-hydrogen electric power train are particularly prominent. Its engine is designed for power generation to ensure that it can maintain the optimal efficiency range under any working conditions, and the power output is strong and stable. In actual applications, mining trucks equipped with remote 400kW-class high-efficiency alcohol-hydrogen electric power trains can save 45% of fuel costs compared to traditional diesel power, and the operating efficiency is increased by more than 20%, bringing tangible economic and environmental benefits to mining companies and operators.
