SANY Concrete Equipment Participates in the Post-Earthquake Reconstruction

Recently, the post-disaster reconstruction work of the Jishishan earthquake in Gansu is still proceeding in an orderly manner. In order to complete the delivery of the first SANY 240 concrete mixing station in Linxia Prefecture as soon as possible and smoothly put it into post-disaster reconstruction work, SANY fully deployed personnel to work day and night. The goods arrived at the site in 7 days and the installation and production were completed in 10 days!

It is understood that according to the work promotion plan, the repair and reinforcement of residential buildings and the reconstruction on the original site of Jishishan County after the disaster will be completed by the end of July, and the centralized resettlement will be completed by the end of September. The supporting industrial facilities in the resettlement area will be built simultaneously, and the people in the disaster area will move into their new homes before October 1.
At the construction site, SANY invested a total of 18 sets of concrete machinery and equipment, 18 construction workers in the mixing station, 6 special service engineers, and 11 middle and senior maintenance fitters to participate in the construction. The whole process was reversed, scientifically deployed, and actively assisted all local mixing stations to operate smoothly, ensuring that the people affected by the Jishishan disaster could move into their new homes as soon as possible.

Han Gaofei, head of Linxia Hongfei Commercial Concrete, said: "This project is very stressful. We must not only ensure speed but also quality. In the post-disaster reconstruction project of Jishishan, facing many difficulties such as water and electricity outages, communications, and transportation, the SANY team rolled up their sleeves with us and immediately cleaned up the silt, collapsed buildings, large rocks, and roads in the local villages around the mixing station. We raced against time and worked day and night to complete the installation and commissioning of the mixing station and delivered it for production in just 10 days. After that, nearly 270 on-site managers and labor workers all moved into the color steel house of the mixing station, and with 49 SANY concrete equipment, they worked hard to rebuild their homes for the people."
After that, in order to ensure the normal operation of all equipment in the post-disaster construction project, the SANY Heavy Industry Gansu team organized summer inspection activities and adopted refined one-to-one management. The local resident special service engineers regularly conducted comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and maintenance of the SANY mixing stations and concrete equipment in the entire Jishishan County and the outer 30 kilometers, and continuously increased the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers and the elimination of faults to ensure the progress of the project.
At the same time, SANY used the technical staff's own capabilities to carry out "SANY equipment professional knowledge training" throughout Jishishan County and Linxia Prefecture, giving lectures to mixing station operators, construction workers and other staff to jointly solve construction problems and fully promote project construction.
Post-disaster construction is still in progress, and the members of the SANY special team are still working hard on the front line of project construction, clearing obstacles and sewage, building houses and repairing roads, and fighting for the residents in the disaster area to move into new houses as soon as possible.
