June 30, 2023, China, The iBROCK single-engine washing and sweeping vehicle has canceled the traditional auxiliary engine and adopted the innovative domestic electrical single-engine technology, as well as the upper-mounted electric drive technology, resulting in lower noise and greater fuel efficiency.
Equipped with a 10m³ water tank, the vehicle can operate continuously for over 80 minutes with a single water refill. Compared to similar dual-engine washing and sweeping vehicles, it has a 30% increase in operational endurance and higher attendance rates.
By utilizing axial flux motor drive technology, the transmission efficiency from the generator to the load system reaches 82%. Compared to similar products with auxiliary engines, it can save approximately 10 liters of diesel per day, leading to monthly fuel cost savings of over 2,000 yuan and an annual savings of 130,000 yuan over five years. Additionally, it reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 27 kilograms per day, resulting in an estimated annual reduction of 8,640 kilograms, contributing to the achievement of carbon neutrality goals.
Through vehicle lightweight upgrades, the iBROCK single-engine washing and sweeping vehicle has a curb weight of less than 11 tons. Compared to models with dual engines, it achieves a weight reduction of 1.5 tons. While ensuring vehicle strength and safety performance, the vehicle's curb weight is minimized, thereby improving its power performance and reducing fuel consumption, ultimately leading to lower emissions.
