SANY Shines at bauma 2022 in Munich

November 7, 2022, Munich, Germany, On October 30th, the grand event for construction machinery industry, bauma, concluded. The event of this year attracted over 3,100 exhibitors and around 600,000 visitors all over the world.

SANY, the largest Chinese exhibitor, presented 21 new products in its booth occupying a massive area over 4,100 m2, where a series of product launch events and signing ceremonies took place. The exhibits included excavator, crawler cranes roller, drilling rig, and port machinery.

Being the biggest highlight of the display, SANY excavator family includes 10 new models, 3 mini ones, 3 medium ones and 2 large ones, which all have met the CE and Euro 4 emissions standards. SY19E, an electric excavator which can work 24 hours after a one-hour charging, enjoyed the most attention on site.

Likewise, electric crawler crane SCE800TB-EV made its debut. With diesel engine replaced by a 282kWh battery and a 206kW electric motor, it outperforms Euro 5 same-tonnage diesel cranes as it’s quieter, cleaner and more durable.

New generation wheeled loader SW305 and SW405 impressed the audience with their brand-new hydraulic transmission system that enables strengthened slope climbing and off-road abilities.

New telehandler STH1440, globally classic double-drum roller STR40-C and the industry’s best sold drilling rig SR285MV were also included in SANY’s fleet in the display.

The much-frequented SANY booth is an epitome of SANY’s accelerated progress of internationalization. The first three quarters in 2022 saw an out-of-China sales revenue of USD 3.56 billion, a 43.7% year-on-year growth.

Narrowed down to Europe in scale, the figure was USD 1.03 billion, 26.5% more than the same period of last year. The rapidly growing excavator sales, with a growth over 60%, is a great contributor to this momentum.
