JMC signed strategic cooperation agreement with Sinotrans Limited

September 2, 2022, China, On the afternoon of August 30, 2022, Jiangling Motors Group and Jiangling Motors Group New Energy Vehicle Company signed strategic cooperation agreements with Sinotrans Co., Ltd. and Sinotrans Logistics Co., Ltd. respectively.

Sinotrans is a unified operation platform for China Merchants Group's logistics business, integrating maritime transportation, air express, railway transportation, and international multi-modal transportation business, and has established a service network covering China and major economic regions around the world. Facing the complex and changing market environment, Sinotrans will carry out all-round strategic cooperation, technology exploration and model innovation with Jiangling Motors Group based on a smooth and efficient global logistics system and full supply chain solutions.

For a long time, Jiangling Motors Group has insisted on independent innovation in joint ventures and cooperation, and has embarked on a "dual brand road" of joint venture and independent comprehensive development. Sinotrans and Jiangling Motors Group share the same historical background, complementary industrial capabilities, and compatible development models. It is hoped that the two parties will take this cooperation as an opportunity to jointly focus on building the resilience of the automotive industry supply chain and anchor the development trend of electrification, intelligence and networking.

According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out all-round comprehensive logistics business cooperation at home and abroad in the future to help more JMC vehicles go to international market.
