Domestic rubbish in compressed form is transported using the truck. With four sets of bolts and guiding mechanisms joining the tank body to the chassis, the tank body can be loaded and unloaded quickly. In order to ensure that the tank body is securely fastened to the chassis when driving and that the locking is dependable and convenient, manual twist locks are simultaneously installed on the left and right sides of the truck’s rear.
The garbage truck adopts the DFH1180EX8 Dongfeng Tianjin 42 manual transmission chassis. It has a six-cylinder, supercharged, intercooled engine that can be turned over, and the cab is flat-head.
The high-strength U-shaped integrally formed channel steel is used as the movable guide rail of the garbage ejector, which has strong pressure resistance and good deformation resistance.
The ejector’s sliding block is constructed of a long-lasting alloy material with exceptional wear resistance.
