SANY Built China’s First Mixing Station Intelligent Park in Qingdao

June 28, 2022, Qingdao, China, On June 23, China’s first mixing station intelligent park built by SANY Group and Beiyuan Co., Ltd. was settled in Qingdao.

According to plan, the intelligent park, with mixing station as the core, will integrate smart unloading, digital twin, predictive maintenance and other 21 industry-first technology to improve the park intelligence level and gradually realize “unattended operation” in the park.

Besides, the park will practice low-carbon and environmental protection concept, establish “green lighthouse” mixing station, build green logistics system and realize the coordinate development between intelligent manufacture and environmental protection.

At present, the park has primarily built raw material intelligent storage, production intelligent control and maintenance as well as smart operation, etc. and the benchmarking effect has radiated across the country.

On June 24, the intelligent manufacture and innovation center built by SANY also held an opening ceremony in Qingdao to assist the development of commercial concrete industry.

As domestic first mixing station intelligent park, it will invigorate new power for local economy and ecology development.
