FOTON New Energy Products Enter European Market

June 14, 2022, Munich, Germany, On June 3, Foton Motor launched two IBLUE series pure electric trucks, IBLUE T5 and IBLUE T7S, at the IFAT exhibition in Munich, Germany. This marks the official layout of Foton's new energy business in the European market, and also represents the Chinese commercial vehicle brand's move to the high-end market and the world.

IBLUE T5 and IBLUE T7S are specially developed for special vehicles. They are designed in strict accordance with European standards, regulatory requirements and market environment, and have been adapted and improved for the special needs of European users. Products include 16-ton and 6-ton chassis with payloads of 9.5 and 3.5 tons, respectively.

This product debut is the first step for Foton to enter the European market. Subsequently, it will launch a full range of new energy products for commercial vehicles, covering urban passenger transport, municipal sanitation, urban distribution, terminal logistics and trunk logistics. In the next 2-3 years, Foton's new energy products will fully enter the European high-end market, promote product innovation with leading technologies, and fully integrate the concepts of environmental protection, professionalism and efficiency into every vehicle.

In addition to launching excellent products in the European market, Foton Motor also plans to set up regional service training centers and spare parts warehouses in Germany, Italy, Poland and other places to gradually improve the sales and service network to meet the service guarantee of the core European market.
