Zoomlion Customized Mixing Plant Shines on Sichuan-Tibet Railway

June 6, 2022, China, Zoomlion dispatched an experienced team to tackle the tough problems to conduct a full investigation of the construction environment along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and developed and produced plateau concrete mixing plant equipment that meets the construction requirements of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.

Tan Changchun, R&D engineer of Zoomlion, said "We have made adaptive improvements to the power system, electrical control system, key structural parts, etc., optimized and improved the adaptability of drive component and the thermal insulation performance of the piping system, so as to ensure the mixing station can produce normally under various extreme conditions such as high altitude, low pressure and large temperature difference.”

At present, there are nearly 40 mixing plants customized by Zoomlion in construction sites along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, which have passed the harsh test of the construction environment with the ultimate quality, and won unanimous trust with their outstanding performance.
