November 11, 2021, Guangxi, China, On November 4, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau released the list of "First Guangxi Patent Awards", and Yuchai's two invention patents were on the list.

The two patents of "high-speed marine diesel engine cylinder liner support structure" and "intercooler for V-type multi-cylinder engine" are core patented technologies designed around engine performance, which greatly improves engine performance. The high-strength and lightweight design of the engine made outstanding contributions to cooling efficiency. At present, the two invention patent technologies have been widely used in engines and achieved remarkable results.

For a long time, Yuchai has attached great importance to intellectual property work. The number of patent applications has been ranked first in Guangxi for 15 consecutive years, and has been recognized as a "National Intellectual Property Model Enterprise" by the State Intellectual Property Office.
