October 11, 2021, Tibet, China, On the morning of October 7, as the last unit was successfully hoisted, all 10 units of Zhegu distributed wind power project in Comai County, Tibet were hoisted.
With an altitude of 5139.1m, the project is currently the world's highest and the first to complete the formal hoisting of the unit.
Taking into account factors such as wind load, dynamic load, and efficiency reduction of plateau machinery and equipment during hoisting, Zoomlion crawler crane is determined to be the main crane, and its power system, hydraulic system and control system are more reliable in terms of stability and safety. Equipped with engine cold start device, dust protection device for key components, etc., it is more suitable for hoisting in wind power environment.
During the construction of this project, Zoomlion crawler cranes withstood the severe test of the plateau environment, and finally successfully assisted Zhegu distributed wind power project in Comai County, Tibet, demonstrating its powerful strength of the high-altitude construction. In the future, Zoomlion will continue to research and explore, and contribute its peak force to major construction projects in the motherland.
