Jingjin Electric High-end 250kW Electric Drive Assembly Displayed in WNEVC-2021

September 17, 2021, Haikou, China, On September 15-17, Jingjin Electric grandly launched a new generation of high-end electric drive assembly to global customers: 250kW silicon carbide composite cooling three-in-one electric drive assembly at the World New Energy Vehicle Conference (WNEVC-2021) held in Haikou.

The system adopts patented active oil-water compound cooling of Jingjin Electric, and the continuous power exceeds 60% of the peak power. The motor uses multi-layer flat wire windings, combined with Jingjin Electric's IAS built-in acoustic package technology, which can achieve ultra-low noise performance of 75dB.

According to the different speed ratio configuration of the reducer, the system can be configured according to the standard version of 4500Nm, or ultra-high torque of 6500Nm; the maximum output speed can reach 1650rpm and can maintain high output continuously. The functional safety of the parking brake system of the reducer has also reached ASIL-D level.　　

The electric drive assembly not only further leads the industry in terms of motor, electric control, and reducer functions, but also meet the needs of specific scenarios such as high load, high capacity, and high off-road due to equipment with a wealth of auxiliary functions, and push pure electric drive to a new height with more comprehensive functions and better experience.

The system has now received orders from world's leading large vehicle groups, and it is expected to be put into production in Jingjin Electric China and the United States in 2023.
