“Yuchai Digital Factory” Selected in Guangxi Informatization Best Case

August 3, 2021, Guangxi, China, On July 29, Guangxi Informatization Best Cases lists were released, in particular, “Yuchai Digital Factory” project was selected as the best case in industrial internet and “Yuchai Power Data Intelligent Service System” was selected as the outstanding case in information base.

“Yuchai Digital Factory” project integrates artificial intelligence, visual identity and flexible production, reaches interconnection of engine casting, processing and fitting through internet and achieves flexible matching and lean production. In June 2020, Yuchai intelligent manufacture factory was established, which achieved agile flexible intelligent manufacturing and significant economic benefits and further increased Yuchai core competitiveness.

That “Yuchai Power Data Intelligent Service System” went online was the first step towards car networking and will create more value for customers in car networking ecological chain.

As the first engine enterprise to use industrial internet to explore intelligent manufacturing, Yuchai has introduced “Made in China 2025”, “Industrial networking” and other advanced manufacturing ideas and production methods since 2015 to promote manufacture upgrade, further energize enterprises’ traditional equipment manufacture and become Guangxi machinery industry high-quality development representative.
