FAST and Qinchuan Group were Selected in the First Batch Elite List in Shaanxi

August 2, 2021, Xi’an, China, Lately, FAST and Qinchuan Group were selected in the first batch of “open competition mechanism to select the best candidates” lists. 16 enterprises entered the project construction and implementation case declaration phase.

It is known that the list was released on June 7 by Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi Province. FAST and Qinchuan Group participated in the declaration and pocketed heavy-duty truck industry chain “Automatic Mechanical Transmission Control and Critical Parts Technology” and numerical control machine tool industry chain “Large Power 5-axis Horizontal Machine Center” respectively, which fully showed two companies’ industry leading and scientific research strength.

Relying deep research in traditional vehicle industry and automatic mechanical transmission and electronic control technology, FAST has launched self-developed integrated, modular and other structured automatic mechanical transmissions, which are widely applied in high-end vehicles in main factories and provides high-quality configuration for faster transformation and upgrading of commercial vehicles.

Aimed at producing China’s high-end machine tool, Qinchuan Group carried out reforms and established Shaanxi Qinchuan Intelligent Machine Tool Institution Co., Ltd. to start intelligent machine tool self-development and get rid of dependence on imports.
