In order to strengthen standardized management during the vaccination cold-chain storage and transportation process and guarantee vaccination quality, municipal service centers in Fujian adopt vaccination cold-chain vehicles, which can achieve real time and long-distance monitoring on temperature and humidity, and thus can guarantee the quality and safety of vaccination during storage and transportation.
This type of cold-chain vehicle has a volume of 15m³ and adopts modern advanced technology in the edge, which ensures high strength and good performance. The temperature recorder and GPS equipped in the vehicle can record temperature in different time periods and places. It creates a new cold-chain logistics mode relying on overall dimensions and safety protection.
The second type of cold-chain vehicle is put into operation in Zhangpu, Zhaoan and Taishang disease control centers, which improves disease prevention and control environment in Zhangzhou, increases cold-chain system capacities of counties and provides more guarantee for the whole city’s vaccination safety.
With the volume of 7m³ and double door design, this type of cold-chain vehicle has features of light weight, high strength, no seams, brilliant appearance, good heat retaining property and anti-corrosion. The stainless steel and galvanized lock is solid and durable. Jinye refrigerating machine equipped in the vehicle can adjust temperature automatically with the lowest temperature of -20° and can achieve the perfect combination between power and refrigeration. Temperature within the vehicle can be monitored from the driving room and vaccination safety can be guaranteed.
