On February 22, a grand ceremony was held in Suva, the capital city of Fiji, to mark the arrival of 200 units V80 made by SAIC Maxus. The batch of vehicles, as part of Chinese government’s aid program for the nation in South Pacific Ocean, will play a key role in the country’s public transport system.
Consisting of school buses, police vehicles, minibuses, ambulance vehicles and midi coaches, all these vehicles are equipped with state-of-art technologies and are highly reliable.
Currently, V80 holds over 30% market share in Fiji, successfully breaking the monopoly of Japanese vehicle brands and fully demonstrating the formidable strengths of Chinese vehicle brands.(www.chinatrucks.com)
