www.chinaspv.com: On 9th Feb.2015, XCMG Group signed the strategic agreement with China West Construction Group Co.,Ltd in Chengdu City, the former party is the first independent listed company by China Construction Engineering Company and also the only business development platform of the China's building commercial concrete industry, regarded as the biggest listed concrete enterprise in China. By far, its main business overs 19 provinces and cities nationwide in China, successfully exporting products overseas.

Both parties will shake hands in the profound strategic cooperation in concrete industry and related equipment industry, the whole industry chain involved. XCMG will integrate the logistics resources of the third party, undertaking logistics delivery and pumping to contribute to the construction of China West Construction Group in the West of China, the uniform management of operation platforms, equipments and personnel referring to transportation as well as pumping construction so that promoting transferring and upgrading of the partner from manufacturing to service type. Through such cooperation, both parities will realize light capitalization and the maximum of corporate values, improving the optimization of the capital structure based on the key competitiveness to be ensured.
