The Operation Income of Cummins Grows 11% in Q4 2014

www.chinaspv.com: According to the financial report of Q4, both operation income and net profits of Cummins steadily increase in the previous quarter. In Q4 2014, the operation incomes reach 5.09 billion USD, 10.9% up than 4.588 billion USD; 16.8% up for EBIT to 661 million USD while 566 in the same period in 2013. As well, the net profits increase 2.8% from 432 million USD in Q4 2013 to 444 million USD in 2014.

In 2014, the operation income of Cummins accumulates to 19.221 billion USD, year-on-year growth of 11.1% than 2013; the profits increases 17.1% than 2.16 billion USD, and the net profits grow from 1.483 billion USD in 2013 to 1.672 billion USD, 12.7% up. 

Among the products of Cummins, the sales amount of engines increases 11% to 2.839 billion USD in Q3 2014, the sales revenue of components grows 16% to 1.321 billion USD. Regarding power generation, the sales come to 760 million USD, keeping pace with that of the previous year and the sales of Distribution Department add up to 1.694 billion USD, year-on-year growth of 58% in Q3 2014.
