Yutong Sets up the Demonstration Base of Mine Dump Trucks

www.chinaspv.com: It is learn that Yutong set up “Smart Management Demonstration Base of Yutong Heavy Industries Mining Dump Trucks” in Zijinshan Mine belonging to Zijin Mining in 2014, the first digital management base mainly applicable for dump trucks in China.

As known, “Smart Management Project of Yutong Dump Trucks” launched since May in 2014, and the builder specially developed the management systems of intelligent device, integrating six main functions, namely, repair management, maintenance management, fuel consumption management, operation report, analysis of drivers’ behaviors and monitoring of equipment allocation.

According to Dr.Zhang Huawei, P.M. of this project, it mainly aims at two objectives: the monthly fuel costs of one YT376 mine dump truck reduce 5% based on the current conditions and the monthly profits of one YT3761 truck increase over 20000 Yuan, compared with the counterparts with 40-ton and below.
