Over 100 units of FAW Dump Trucks Deliver to Bolivia

www.chinaspv.com: Beginning of 2014, FAW Jiefang Qingdao Automobile Co.,Ltd. surpasses others in the invited bidding of China Ministry of Commerce’s aiding project for Bolivia (concerning 150 units of dump trucks) with the highest technology scores. On 29 May, the grand delivery ceremony was held in El Alto, over 100 units of FAW dump trucks were dispatched to 20 mine cooperatives and 87 associations to improve the local working conditions. Vice President of Bolivia (álvaro García Linera) attended and made speech there.

As known, cooperatives are millstone of the local economy for the current revenue of 850 million USD in Bolivia, however, the advanced technologies gap is large. The introducing of these trucks is a part of the governmental efforts to strengthen cooperatives.
