Gas Stations of Xinjiang HaoYuan to Reach 22 in 2014

www.chinaspv.com: In the recent review of Zhou Judong, Chairman of Xinjiang HaoYuan Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.( HaoYuan for short) , the company will install 30,000 units for civil use, set up 8 new gas stations, rebuild or build out 4 stations, ensuring the complement of the construction of IPO project. Meanwhile, they will obviously increase the market opening as well as business cooperation in other regions in Xinjiang, apart from their focus on the sales of natural gas in Aksu.

In 2009, HaoYuan invested on the building of long-distance pipelines covering 148 kilometers from Gas Field Yingmaili supplying gas resources to Aksu and the areas around to Aksu City. Currently, it has gained the approved operation rights of urban gas pipelines in Aksu City, Wushi County and Awati County for 30 years, further facilities its unique advantages and conditions for the business development there.

As of the end of this year, the current and planned gas stations (to set up completely within this year) of this company will reach 22 units, leading to the main profits.

According to “Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development”, the penetration rage of gas in Xinjiang should come to 94% by 2015. The range of where HaoYuan gain the operation rights accounts for less than 30%. Zhou indicates it represents the general trend of profits for natural gas because of urbanization effects, increasing usage of gas on cars and potential consumption of Aksu Economic Development Zone and Baicheng Heavy Chemical Industrial Park on gas piping.
