CFE Plans to Sell 40% Stocks of Ziegler,the Fire Truck Builder

www.chinaspv.com: According to the announcement on 18 Nov.2014, China Fire Safety Enterprise Group Limited (CFE) signed one memorandum referring to the transferring of 40% shares of AlbertZieglerGmbH, the wholly subsidiary of Ziegler that specializes in R&D, production and sales of fire trucks, special vehicles, fire pumps, fire fighting equipments as well as the construction of fire extinguishing systems, registering in German.

CFE mainly works on sales and manufacturing of fire trucks, fire fighting equipments and fire extinguishing systems. In terms of the memorandum, both parties will not persuade or make invitations, encourage consulting and invite to other individual or corporation group within eighteen months unless the other allows, even launching or continuing negotiations or any data, neither any agreement or letter of intents or memorandum.
