China’s First Production Line of Tires for Recycling will Put into Service

www.chinaspv.com: China’s first production line of smart pyrolysis technologies on junked tires with negative micro-pressure is going to put into service soon, developed by Shandong Urban-mining Environmental Protection Group Co.,Ltd. and Korea Dongcheng Group. It will be used to manufacture 35% industry carbon black, 40% fuel oil, 15% steel wires and 10% combustible gas, supporting the harmless recycling of junked tires.

Sun Qingli, chairman of this Chinese builder introduced, “The pyrolysis technologies with negative micro-pressure are the world advanced treatment for junked tires by far. And the whole process, no waste water, gas and reside produces, a safe and environment-friendly energy conservation method is made.” The unit production line is available for the handling of 68-ton junked tires, annual treatment of 20,000 tons. The capability will increase to 100,000 tons for five lines since in full service.
