Sany Continues the Leadership in the Chinese Excavator Market

www.chinaspv.com: The data from China Construction Machinery Association says, the sales volume of the 28 excavator builders in the world accumulate to 61,204 units in the first half of 2014. The sales of Sany excavators add up to over 8,700 units, accounting for more than 15% market shares.

Overall, the sales of excavators remain depressing in 2014, year-on-year growth decreasing 11.2%. During the period of bottom in the market, excavator builders competed fiercely and some brand are inadequate to proceed. The Chinese brands turn weak in competition compared with the same period of the previous year, taking up 42.1% of market shares, y/y growth of 2.2% down. Sany, Liugong and SDLG, these three Chinese builders rank top ton for the sales achievements.
