Beidou Navigation Chips Developed Successfully

www.chinaspv.com: Xi’an Aerospace Huaxun Technology Co.,Ltd., the subsidiary of CASIC successfully developed the fourth generation high-performance BDS/GPS navigation chips recently, whose positioning accuracy reaches 2.5 meters, staying the international leading level in various indexes such as capture sensitivity and tracking sensibility.

As known, the fourth generation of Beidou chips are superior over others in the invited bidding of the project of “Satellite Positioning Management Systems on Police Cars in Shannxi Province” not long before the actual application. It is the first provincial-level project as to the police cars management area for the application of BDS (BeiDou Navigation Satellite System). The related terminals with BDS add up to over 10,000 units in this project. The operation efficiency will be comprehensively enhanced with the systems.
