NLM M70 Electric Vehicles in Fujian Purchased by a Post Company

www.chinaspv.com: The prospect of new energy vehicles turns on broadly expected in Fujian, due to advantages such as high economy and environment protection. NLM Motor has gained the order of 1,000 units of M70 electric vehicles from Henan Post Company, which stay under the procedures of approval for the Announcement by China MIIT, to be launched in the market in this September and October.

Until now, new energy auto industry basically establishes in Fujian, the related talents and leading industry pioneers are not inadequate. In June 2008, it is the earliest city where industrialization of new energy buses is realized in China, namely, the first 45 units of Golden Dragon hybrid power urban buses working in Hangzhou.

Today, rotary-driven assembly systems developed by builders and universities occupy one fifth of market shares in China, referring to almost 2,000 units of new energy buses and coaches in over 20 cities.

Dependent on famous universities and colleges led by FuJian University of Technology, new development and innovation platforms for new energy automobiles set up continuously such as electric and electricity driven technology key lab and technology development center of control systems. In addition, Fujian New Energy Automotive Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance was founded in 2009.

Ling Yuzhang, director of Fujian division of China Auto Association, revealed, “Nowadays, there is vast gap of technology development of new energy vehicle industry in home and abroad since it involves high input.” As for the future direction, both independent development and opening-up are being held as the strategy in Fujian, also, the related cooperation with technology corporations continues there.
