MIIT: Central Government Supports New-energy Automotive Promotion by Subsidy

www.chinabuses.org: It is learned that the 3rd Green Industry Conference was held on Nov. 8th of 2013 in Guangzhou, where Su Bo, deputy director of MIIT stated that energy conserving and environmental protective industry would be further developed from new-energy automobile industrialization.

Su Bo said that in order to accelerate demonstration and industrial development of new-energy automobile, our country has already implemented 25 new-energy automobile industrial innovative projects, arranged 4 billion Yuan as subsidy and supported mainly pure electric and plug-in passenger vehicle, pure electric and plug-in commercial vehicle, fuel battery passenger vehicle and power battery.

By the end of 2012, 27,432 new-energy automobiles have been promoted in the demonstration promotion process, which gets the subsidy of 5.7 billion Yuan by central finance. Then, our country would keep developing and motivating new-energy automobile demonstration project.
