LNG Gas Supply Price of Petrol China Up 27%, Rise 0.5 Yuan/L

www.chinaspv.com: In August 4th of 2013, it is learned from market inspection institution that based on the latest gas supply price agreement signed by LNG plants of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi, and Changqing Oilfield of Petrol China, gas supply price only rises 27%. And insiders of Petrol China also confirmed this agreement.

As far as analysts concerned, LNG price of Petrol China increase is helpful to alleviate LNG processing plant and downstream users and make gas consumption of downstream plant users and LNG gas stations.

Ma Hui, analyst of SCI, said that at present gas supply price of LNG plant in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia had been fixed as 1.8905 Yuan/m3, rising 0.4 Yuan/m3 and 27%.

Insider of Petrol China also said that the former information of rising 100% lacked feasibility. Therefore, price increase of Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi increased lower than expected. Despite of unreleased LNG supply price, price of 1.8905 Yuan/m3 had been true which also released downstream enterprises.

Influenced by rumor of LNG supply increase over 100%, factory price of LNG plant increased higher which in turn increased retail price of downstream LNG stations.
